Mr. Nael Soudi holds a bachelor's
degree in Microbiology from the State
University of New York at Plattsburgh in USA as well as a Master's degree in Molecular
Biology and a postgraduate degree in Cytotechnology from Johns Hopkins
University in the USA. Mr. Soudi is a certified professional in health care
quality (CPHQ),a certified consultant and
inspector with the Healthcare Accreditation Council
(HCAC) and is
also certified by the International Academy of Cytology (IAC) and the American
Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) - Cytology. Mr.
Soudi is fully registered by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the
Jordanian Healthcare Accreditation Council (HCAC) as a Certified Inspector.
Mr. Soudi’s extensive experience in the field of quality
assurance programs and international accreditation were particularly honed
after working at each of LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, New York Medical College,
and Johns Hopkins Hospital in the USA. Mr. Soudi also worked for seven years as
a Manager of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the King
Hussein Cancer Center which is accredited by The College of American
Pathologist (CAP) and the Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA).
He also served as the Work Director of the Anatomic Pathology Section in the
Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Aramco
Healthcare Hospital in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Soudi is a frequent presenter at
regional and international conferences discussing topics in cytology,
leadership, accreditation and healthcare quality.
In 2015, Mr. Soudi was appointed as the Chief Quality
Officer at MedLabs Consultancy Group, where he is responsible for the adoption,
implementation, observance and continuous compliance with the international
standards of excellence in the areas of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and
Continuous Quality Improvement and Safety at all MedLabs Laboratories. Mr.
Soudi leads all of MedLabs Accreditation Consulting Projects and is a member of
MedLabs’ Executive Committee that meets monthly to discuss organization
policies, strategy, and project implementation.
